This two to three year fellowship offers intensive training in clinical pharmacogenomics research and implementation, aimed at developing the next generation of PharmD scientists dedicated to advancing pharmacogenomics-based care in clinical practice. Fellows will engage in mentored research experiences focused on clinical and implementation science under the guidance of expert faculty at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine (CCPM). Working within a nation-leading pharmacogenomics program, the Fellow will contribute to the integration of pharmacogenomics into clinical care at UCHealth. In addition, the Fellow will participate in both didactic and experiential teaching of Doctor of Pharmacy stud
