CHI St. Alexius Health’s inpatient residency program is a minimum of twelve monthsand a full-time practice commitment. It has been accredited by ASHP since 1995.This program provides the residents with a supportive and instructional environmentin which to develop the necessary problem-solving skills to become confident,competent and independent in providing pharmaceutical care to patients in multiplesettings. Teaching opportunities, research coordination and serving as a preceptorand role model for students to enhance the learning environment and development ofleadership skills.
