This is not a contract or rotational program—it’s a full-time, permanent position from day one! Participants in the Graduate Training Program are hired directly into our Public Relations team with no need for a second offer or reapplication at the end of the program. Our Graduate Trainees are junior level hires and upon graduation of the program at the 1-year mark, all GTs are considered for a promotion pending individual performance.
