Family Health Services of Darke County, Inc. is a not-for-profit community health center located in Greenville, Ohio. The clinic has grown from treating seasonal migrant workers at its inception in 1964 to over 40 providers in 5 offices, specializing in family practice and pediatrics. Our mission is to help our patients “build healthy lives” for themselves and their families.
