LeeSar operates 6 distinct pharmacy business units, including two central fill facilities for Florida based member hospitals under a Class III Institutional Pharmacy Permit. LeeSar  provides member facilities medication replenishment for their automated dispensing cabinets (ADC), crash and OR cart replenishment services, radiopharmaceuticals, critical medications compounded under a closed door 503B and services local emergency medical services.  The pharmacies also provide prepacking and repackaging services for specialized packs, oral solids and liquids which are distributed through ADC replenishment or on a bill-to/ship-to status.   Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) operates the Safe Harbor Group Purchasing Organization that member facilities participate in with partnership
