Pharmacy Manager – Infusion Services
Our Infusion Services Team includes a state-of-the-art Home Infusion Pharmacy and a growing network of Infusion Pharmacy locations throughout the Kansas City Metro Area. As our health system continues to expand its footprint, opportunity exists to deliver comprehensive, high-quality infusion services across diverse care settings—meeting the evolving needs of our patients and providers. To help achieve growth in infusion services we are also recruiting for an Infusion ServicesPharmacy Manager. This leader will play a key role in identifying patient needs, onboarding new therapies, building strong relationships with high-referring specialty physician groups and ensuring the financial performance of the service line.
Pharmacy Operations Manager
We’re hiring a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead operations across four pharmacy locations in southwest Kansas City. This role spans both Cancer and Infusion Services, with a focus on driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading and mentoring pharmacy team members . As a member of the Cancer Care Pharmacy Leadership Team, this role ensures pharmacy services are aligned with health system patient care goals—delivering timely, high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Our Cancer Care Pharmacy Team continues to grow its footprint, strengthening our presence in cutting-edge clinical care. We’ve built and maintained exceptional relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary partners—ensuring seamless collaboration and a unified approach to patient care. Our Pharmacy Cancer Care Team is comprised of over 60 clinical pharmacists with specialized training in oncology, hematology, and transplant services. Together, we support seven cancer sites across the Kansas City metropolitan area and a >1000-bed academic hospital, making us one of the largest and most dynamic oncology pharmacy teams in the region.
