Fellowship Position Office Location: East Hanover, NJ, 07936 – Hybrid
POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Novartis. Program emphasis is in Market Access. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to work in cross-functional disease areas or brand teams that drive US Pharma/Oncology strategy and growth. The US Market Access PharmD Fellow is responsible for supporting the optimization of the market access strategy for launch, inline or pipeline products through the delivery of the tactics designed to achieve optimal access for Novartis products. This role will work across the US Market Access organization gaining a fundamental understanding for how different subgroups are involved and/or informed through execution of responsibilities and deliverables in 3 rotational experiences including: Market Access Therapeutic Area Strategy, Early Pipeline and Portfolio Strategy and Pricing / Channel Strategy. Additionally, this individual will ensure that market access tactics are executed against across the broader affected organization (i.e., Product Strategy, Integrated Marketing, and field-based Customer Engagement Organizations).

Initial offers will not be made until December 12th, the AIFA (Alliance of Industry Fellowship Associates) consensus date for first offers. Once all interviews have been completed, RPIF or the company will notify interviewed candidates of their position-specific candidacy status.
