Duties/ResponsibilitiesThis position is in a laboratory of Dr. Michael Lee who is interested defining the pathologic mechanisms for Alzheimerâ™s Disease (AD) and Parkinsonâ™s Disease (PD) using cellular and transgenic mouse models. The candidate will work with one of the Senior Scientist/Postdoctoral Scientist under the Principal Investigator. The candidate will perform complex procedures such as screening and maintaining multiple transgenic mouse cohorts, routine behavioral observations and testing, preparation of mouse tissues for histological and biochemical analysis, perform biochemical and histological analysis of mouse brains, and establishing and analysis of tissue culture models.(35% effort)Manage transgenic mouse colony and perform behavioral observations.Pe
