The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate?s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
Responsibilities
Supervise the RCM (Revenue Cycle Mgmt.) Support Team (12-13 direct reports)
Daily supervisory tasks with primary focus on but not limited to:
Inbound Mail Processing and Distribution
Outbound Mail Processing of Appeal Packets for remote RCM teams
OnBase Workflow Management
RCM Appeal and Rebill Projects
MCO/Medicare Audit Documentation Printing
Healthcare Billing & Quality / Review
Medical Records Requests
External Vendor Relationships
Qualifications
Revenue Cycle Management experience in healthcare setting preferred
HS & bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1-3 years' prior lead or supervisory management experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Required to work on-site daily in Twinsburg Ohio facility (Monday-Friday)
Prior healthcare and or billing or quality review preferred
Prior Edgepark or At Home "Order Processing/ Order Success" experience in other insurance related departments preferred (if internal)
