The University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPPS) is pleased to offer a 2-year clinical pharmacy fellowship program. The purpose of the program is: 1) to educate the fellow on health services and outcomes principles and applications and 2) develop leadership skills with experience in managing various aspects of outcomes research including design, execution, analysis and publication. Projects are aligned with major public health challenges that address health inequities. Current projects are supported by several funding agencies including the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and private foundations. The individual(s) will be expected to conduct two or more mentored research projects with the following focus:
Develop, implement, and disseminate innovative care delivery models addressing health disparities in pharmacy practice.
Engage pharmacies and health clinics on practice transformation elements including clinical service implementation, staff development, and timely educational elements.
Examine medication utilization patterns and its impact on health-related outcomes using real-world evidence.

Minimum Qualifications
PharmD or equivalent experience. Graduating PharmD candidates are welcome to apply. PhD with relevant experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of PGY-1 residency is preferred.
