Administrative Coordinator for Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy Practice
Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator for Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy Practice assumes a central and unique role in the office by supporting the two Department Chairs and faculty of the School. Specifically, this position provides advanced and diversified administrative and secretarial support services to the School, two Department Chairs, and other faculty. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communication of department policies and procedures; coordinating the daily activities of the School; monitoring and maintaining the department budget records; providing research in support of statistical analyses; assisting with studentand faculty recruitment efforts; maintenance of student, course, program, and confidential personnel
