Responsible for the management, oversight, and adherence to federal, state, and correctional health care standards and institutional regulations and guidelines in the provision of medical care for the facilities contracted by company.  Oversight of all medical services provided at correctional facilities where company is contracted to provide medical services. Mentor, supervise and assist in guiding all site clinical providers (Physicians, NPs, PAs) with daily site operations, maintaining daily contact through conference calls, periodic on-site visits, chart reviews, and Peer Reviews.   Establishment of cost-effective, system-wide medical practice policies and procedures which comply with all applicable community standards of care and relevant licensing and accrediting age
