Cardinal Health RxEFill (Central Fill) Solutions is recruiting for a Full-Time Pharmacy Service and Delivery Clerk responsible for the prompt and accurate packaging, delivery, and distribution of pharmaceuticals to customers. These functions are performed in accordance with the Central Fill's philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility.
May assist in recommendation of process on new assignments.
May provide general guidance and technical assistance to less experienced team members.
Comply with all state and federal laws and regulations, Central Fill Pharmacy and Cardinal Health company policies and procedures
Perform assigned activities allowed by the California state pharmacy laws under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
Assist in the receiving and stocking of the Central Fill Pharmacy medication replenishment orders
Assist in the packaging and shipping of orders to customers (clients)
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of medication storage areas
Perform housekeeping duties
Assist in the maintenance and proper storage of all Central Fill Pharmacy records
Protects, at all times, the assets, records and medications of the Central Fill Pharmacy against theft and diversion.
Assist in the maintenance of a safe working environment
Contribute to the assessment and improvement of the Central Fill Pharmacy?s operating efficiencies
Ensure that the Central Fill Pharmacy customers (clients) have friendly and positive experience and that their issues and concerns are resolved timely and satisfactorily.

Qualifications
High school degree required or GED equivalent.
2-3 years of general work experiences. Experience in a pharmacy related environment preferred.
Skills:
Computer skills required. Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of initiative
Self-motivated with the ability to complete work and assignments with a minimum of supervision under rigid time constraints.
Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work
Ability to work different schedules to meet pharmacy and customer needs
Additional Requirements for the Position:
Work Monday through Friday 40 hours per week and if necessary, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to mobilize pallets and drug totes.
Able to lift 30 pounds
Able to pull or push a minimum of 60 pounds
Able to stand a minimum of six(6) to eight(8) hours per shift.
Anticipated hourly range:$24.50 per hour - $34.89 per hour
