What Contract Performance and Data Analytics brings to Cardinal Health
This team is responsible for supporting Specialty Networks GPO Operations. The Contract Performance Analyst (Data Analytics) will be responsible for all aspects of auditing, analyzing, reconciling, processing, and troubleshooting the sales and administrative fee reporting supplied by contracted Business Partners. This individual will be responsible for all business line reporting in one or multiple Specialty Networks GPO?s. The Analyst will also manage all reporting submissions, including dispensing data, per the terms of the Specialty Networks and Business Partner agreements. An essential part of this position is to resolve discrepancies and perform in-depth audits, analyzing gaps and scouting missing revenue opportunities. This individual will project manage the accurate and timely processing, validation and payment of administrative fees and rebates to ensure accurate reporting is accessible to multiple divisions across Specialty Networks. This position will also be responsible with working with team members to gather the dispute information and handle all communication with business partners to resolve. To do so, the Analyst will maintain the repository of administrative fee and rebate parameters and schedules while verifying contract terms and working with Business Partners/Vendors and internal departments.
Location - Fully remote (candidates can reside nationwide), with flexibility on standard business hours depending on time zone
Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of auditing, analyzing, reconciling, processing, and troubleshooting the sales and administrative fee reporting supplied by contracted Business Partners.

Manage all reporting submissions, including dispensing data, per the terms of the Specialty Networks and Business Partner agreements.
Resolve discrepancies and perform in-depth audits, analyzing gaps and scouting missing revenue opportunities.
Project manage the accurate and timely processing, validation and payment of administrative fees and rebates to ensure accurate reporting is accessible to multiple divisions across Specialty Networks.
Work with team members to gather the dispute information and handle all communication with business partners to resolve.

Qualifications
3+ years data analysis (specifically in Excel and PPT) experience with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy, preferred.
Skills in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and/or Salesforce applications a plus.
Self-starter that can take minimal direction and create ad-hoc reporting and different projects
Background working with a GPO, or in Pharmaceutical Distribution, a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, well organized and the ability to self-manage and work with minimal guidance.
Ability to efficiently enter data into corporate applications completely and accurately.
Must have good attitude, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with vendors and other external parties.
Ability to comprehensively review and interpret data in order to apply corporate procedures for processing data.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function independently.
