AdventHealth Orlando is currently seeking ambitious and committed individuals for the 2025-2026 PGY-2 Critical Care Residency. During the PGY-2 year, the resident will learn to excel in clinical practice, clinical leadership, and operational services and be allowed to function as the ideal pharmacist generalist (clinician and leader) and be confident in providing evidence-based, patient-centered medication therapy management with interdisciplinary teams. The resident works collaboratively with Critical Care Pharmacists, leads process improvement projects, provides patient care in collaborative practice settings, and works as a member of medical staff committees. The longitudinal structure of projects develops competence in leadership and practice management responsibilities.
