As a resident, you will work closely with experienced pharmacists in various departments. Throughout the program, you will engage in direct patient care, medication management, and participate in research projects to enhance your clinical skills. The program aims to foster your growth as a well-rounded pharmacist equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in diverse pharmacy practice settings.
As a Pharmacy Resident, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different specialized areas gaining exposure to cutting-edge advancements in the pharmaceutical field. Our program emphasizes hands-on learning, continuous professional development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. You will also have the chance to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects that aim to enhance patient outcomes and optimize medication therapy.
Upon completion of the program, you will be well-prepared to pursue a rewarding career in a variety of pharmacy practice settings, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to make a positive impact on patient care and healthcare outcomes.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in the state where the program is located
Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for patient-centered care
