Manages incoming and outgoing patient referrals for main campus and satellite locations (including Upper Arlington and Pickerington), including tracking all incoming and outgoing referrals, determining patient scheduling needs, creation of patient accounts and documentation of the incoming referral, scheduling internal and external appointments, effectively communicating with patients, and receiving and sending exam records and/or referral letters to and from the referring doctor through CareLink,eFaxing, or other secure methods; record management, including completing quality review of the data prior to sending medical records to providers.
