The clinical pharmacy specialist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care with a specific focus on oral chemotherapy to patients managed in our bone marrow transplant oncology clinic at the Penn Medicine at Perelman location. The specialist will be expected to develop a practice within the various ambulatory practice sites and liaison as appropriate with other partners. Activities include evaluating, monitoring and modifying drug therapy, providing recommendations to optimize patient outcomes, providing patients with new medication education, minimizing safety issues and ensuring cost effectiveness, and providing drug information for medical personnel.  The pharmacist should be an effective communicator and be able to integrate themselves within the health team and current struc
