he UW Health Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program at American Family Children’s Hospital is designed to provide advanced training in the area of pediatric pharmacy and foster the development of the clinical skills and knowledge base necessary to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to pediatric patients in all clinical settings.
American Family Children’s Hospital is a comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical center featuring nationally recognized pediatric specialists in a wide range of fields, including faculty from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and UW Health. American Family Children’s Hospital has 111 inpatient beds, with a 24-bed PICU/CVICU, 16-bed comprehensive cancer unit, and a 26-bed Level IV NICU. There are 18 specialty clinics located within the hospital and 22 dedicated beds in the Level I Emergency Department.
