Instruct and assist companies with implementations, specifically in the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles across multiple industries. Prefer knowledge of Food, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Metal Processing, Automotive, Healthcare, Banking/Finance, etc. Ideally will have solid cross-functional experience in Operations, Maintenance, Process, Support, and Supply Chain. Provide coaching to accelerate completion of improvement projects. Facilitate team activities including process mapping and Kaizen (Rapid Improvement) events. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Essential Duties:
Deliver Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training in all levels including Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Design for Lean Six Sigma (DFLSS). Provide customers with coaching and review projects for certification. Update database of completed projects.
Identify case studies based on completed projects for future training.
Generate leads specifically for the LSS Program via networking, relationship building, marketing and other means.
Write blogs and assist with website reviews and updates.
Perform site visits, conduct assessments, prepare proposals & contracts, and sell projects.
Manage the deployment of continuous improvement programs for TMAC customers.
Improve customer processes using technology solutions and/or advanced process improvement techniques & methodologies.
Facilitate customer team activities including process mapping and kaizen (Rapid Improvement) events.
Assist customers with quantifying expected financial impact of projects upon completion.
Assist customers with participation in annual NIST survey to report project results.
Develop deep knowledge of LSS product lines at TMAC, maintain professional certifications, continue learning new methodologies and applications.
Update LSS training and coaching materials and methods.
Performs other duties assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related technical discipline.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience working in continuous improvement programs.
Experienced in facilitating teams in continuous improvement activities (mapping, kaizen) and delivering LSS training.
Extensive mentoring and coaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or PhD, PMP, prior consulting experience, excellent data analysis and statistical skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred.
