The PGY2 solid organ transplant residency program at Henry Ford Hospital will develop the resident into a well-rounded practitioner. Henry Ford Hospital is a 802 bed, tertiary care, teaching hospital and is part of Henry Ford Health. The Henry Ford Hospital Transplant Institute specializes in living and deceased donor kidney, pancreas, living and deceased donor liver, heart, lung, and small bowel transplantation. Rotations will provide clinical experience in the inpatient as well as outpatient setting.  Resident will be required to present an accredited CE program and participate in a weekly pharmacy grand rounds seminar.  Resident will also participate in a longitudinal clinical on-call program.  Resident will develop and implement a longitudinal research project.
