The University at Buffalo (UB) School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPPS) Pharmacy Academic and Leadership (PAL) Fellowship program is a two-year fellowship designed to mentor postgraduates for a career in academic pharmacy.  The fellowship aims to recruit and train aspiring academicians to further broaden and diversify pharmacy faculty across the academy. We especially encourage applications from those who identify with historically underrepresented groups. The PAL Fellowship is designed for both entry-level pharmacists without postgraduate training and for pharmacists who have completed postgraduate training and/or who have experience in pharmacy practice.
