Reporting jointly to the Chief Operating Officer of Pharmacy at University of Michigan Health and to the College of Pharmacy Dean, the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) will provide strategic direction, leadership and management of the Department of Pharmacy Services, leading the provision of contemporary pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients through highly reliable, safe and efficient medication use systems, direct patient care services, collaboration with other healthcare providers, and education of health science school students and other trainees across the continuum of care.
