We are looking for a motivated and highly engaged pharmacist to join our internal medicine and transplant team! This position will support both service lines, spending approximately half their time in internal medicine and the other half on the kidney transplant service. This is a great opportunity to work with two great and growing service lines!Coordinates and provides the pharmaceutical care of patients for an assigned clinical unit and participates in patient care rounds with medical staff personnel.
