The Department of Pharmaceutical Services provides a full range of services for patients cared for by UCSF Health as well as its providers and payers. This critical support position provides analytical expertise in the administrative functions of the Outpatient Pharmacy, including daily operations, planning, and continuous improvement. The position represents Department of Pharmaceutical Services in interactions with UC staff, external partners, and vendors.The Outpatient Pharmacy Business Analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure UCSF receives timely and accurate claim payments and has an essential role in the claims audit process. Responsibilities include investigating unpaid or underpaid claims and resolving billing discrepancies, ensuring complian
