Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - PACT
The CPS is a fully license pharmacist that is eligible for credentialing as a licensed independent provider with prescribing privileges as outlined in their individual scope of practice. The primary responsibility of the CPS is the provision of evidence-based pharmaceutical care services through care of patients and consultation with other providers on their team, when needed. The CPS functions at the highest level of clinical practice and primarily works independently. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
