General Area of Responsibility Inpatient pharmacy operations to optimize our service to acute care patients throughout the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center.  This manager will work in concert with two other operations managers (Sterile Compounding Locations and another inpatient operations manager).  The number of direct reports will be approximately 30.   Responsibilities: Supervises activities of the Pharmacy personnel and oversees daily pharmaceutical care services and/or dispensing and/or distribution operations of the department.
