Renown Health is seeking two passionate and highly motivated Pharmacy Clinical Specialists to join our team.  Renown is developing a new service line in Solid Organ Transplant.  This position is primarily responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care throughout the continuum of care for patients undergoing transplant. In collaboration with the solid organ transplant team, this position will establish, maintain, and advance solid organ transplant at Renown Health. The incumbent must be an experienced or trained solid organ transplant practitioner that is able to provide and be responsible for drug therapy outcomes for individual patients as an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.  For more information and/or to apply,
