Job Summary: Director, MWBE and Supplier Diversity will work within Supply Chain to analyze the WMCHealth's current state practice and spend. Supply Chain contracts for clinical, business, information and construction goods and services, software, pharmaceuticals, consultants, affiliations, and staffing on an enterprise-wide basis for WMCHeatlth's nine hospitals. The annual spend for such goods and services is approximately $1.6 billion. The Director, MWBE and Supplier Diversity will develop network-wide strategic and programmatic approaches to increase the network's vendor diversity utilization, in compliance with both the NYS Executive Law 15-A and the Westchester County Healthcare Corporation Procurement Policy and Procedures.
