What Sales Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.
Sales Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Sales Operations function.
Responsibilities
Help drive sales and account management effectiveness across the Pharmaceutical Segment
Focused on sales tool development, enhancements and support, adoption monitoring, sales tool training and business process training for customer facing sales and account management teams
Support developing and gathering reporting needs of the sales leadership team and outline requirements for these reports to be automated by the business reporting and analytics teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
4-8 years of work experience preferred
Experience with SalesForce.com, HighSpot, Zymewire, LinkedIn Navigator, and Power Automate preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Planner

Anticipated salary range:$65,500 - $93,500
