PURPOSE  The Specialty Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (SPAL) Residency is a new residency program at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center beginning in the year of 2024. This 24-month program offers a combined PGY1 pharmacy and PGY2 Specialty Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (SPAL) with Master of Science (MS) in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy.
