Pharmacists successfully completing a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota will be proficient practitioners capable of providing advanced pharmaceutical care services to patients in a variety of ambulatory care settings. Training opportunities are diverse, including learning experiences in a numerous medication therapy management and ambulatory care clinics. Additional elective experiences are available to optimally tailor the curriculum to residents with varying practice interests. The resident is required to complete a research project, quality improvement project, online staffing, precept, and provide continuing education and in-services for members of the interdisciplinary team.
