You will work as a coach and a facilitator for improvement projects as well as maintain performance metrics to measure program success.
As a manager, you will support the program by taking care of project governance, project reviews, communications, trainings, certifications and rewards. You provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of this discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
Liaise with business stakeholders to define, design and implement performance measures.
Deliver continuous improvement projects using six sigma and lean methodologies.
Lead or support analysis of improvement programs and potential results.
Develop and execute IMEx (Integrated Manufacturing Excellence) initial implementation and updates going forward.
Key interface to other divisions and facilitates cross-functional project modeling, resourcing and overall performance.
Lead a team of subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of procedural documentation related to Pfizer clinical, medical, safety, and/or regulatory processes.
Coach/facilitate/lead project teams, assist in OpEx strategy definition, solve problems, and implement solutions to improve operational performance by applying the appropriate tools.
Ensure the Translation and Dossier execution procedural documentation adheres to internal standards and policies allowing the business to be inspection or audit ready.
Enhance capability of colleagues through Yellow Belt training.
Serve as an expert resource for evaluation and action against assigned measures.
Support internal and external Audits.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Must have a high school diploma with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience; OR an associate degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience; OR a master’s degree with more than three years of relevant experience; OR a Ph.D. with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in leading and coaching Lean Management Systems.
Six Sigma Method 1 Yellow Belt Certified (DMAIC)
Demonstrated capabilities in project management.
Demonstrated proficiency in influencing, coaching, and motivate diverse teams without a direct authority, presenting data, and stakeholder management.
Takes accountability/ownership for projects collaborating cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach, and build capabilities within a diverse team environment.
Demonstrated ability to coach stakeholder management and build capabilities of others to drive timelines, milestones & escalations.
Acts as a Change Management Agent, fostering Continuous Improvement Culture.
Demonstrated ability to organize data, construct visual data-analysis, infer/interpretate data to propose actions for continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to execute, coach and build project management capabilities of others focused on timely deliverables.
Ability to understand the human element of site transformation activities. Understanding how to work effectively with site colleagues through the change process is required to be successful in this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (particularly Excel) & Minitab software.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to share at all levels of the organization.
Nice-to-Have
Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Demonstrated previous supervisory management experience in problem solving, decision making, negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
In depth knowledge and experience with investigations and compliance-related procedures.
Capability in Lean tools and/or desire to grow Lean capabilities to further drive Continuous Improvement projects.
Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and manufacturing procedures and standards.
Lean Black Belt exposure and capability.
Six-Sigma Black Belt (Method 3) certification.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This is an on site, 1st Shift Position with support to 2nd and 3rd shift production. Job may require occasional weekend/evening work supporting a 24-hour/7 day operation.
May require some travel (2-3 times per year) to another Pfizer location for training, practice sharing, etc.
