Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner/Product Manager. This position will ideally be based in our Las Colinas, TX office with a hybrid work environment in our Supplylogix division.
Supplylogix is a software company that develops and delivers practical supply chain intelligence solutions for pharmacy and related businesses. We are a small, highly skilled team that builds and maintains software which manages inventory for pharmacies nationwide. Being a small business unit in a larger corporation gives us the benefit of having a stable backbone, but the ability to react quickly to our clients' requests. We have the experience, resources, vision, and passion to build great software that helps our clients achieve greater supply chain efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner/Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, leading the product development process from conception to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
- Define product requirements: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define clear and actionable product requirements based on user stories, customer feedback, and market demands.
- Prioritize product backlog: Evaluate and prioritize feature requests, bug fixes, and enhancements, considering business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure efficient and effective development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Provide clear product guidance: Communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to the development team, ensuring a shared understanding and clarity of purpose.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT): Collaborate with QA and user experience (UX) teams to define UAT criteria and validate product functionality and usability.
- Measure product success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance, regularly reporting on metrics and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Lead product launches: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful adoption and user engagement.
- Act as a customer advocate: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and engage with users to understand their needs, pain points, and satisfaction levels, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends, applying that knowledge to enhance the product strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience of 5+ as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha or similar).
- Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies is a plus.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$116,600 - $194,300
