The Third Party Logistics (3PL) business is a complex service rich organization that is a tremendous growth driver for Cardinal Health.
We are seeking an experienced technical lead to join the 3PL team to design new, innovative data warehouse and integration solutions that support the 3PL business and its integration with other businesses / areas across the pharmaceutical segment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership over 3PL data warehouse and data feeds. Manage a team of contractors delivering BI enhancements and data feed integrations. Lead delivery of new BI reports and data feeds as well as advanced integrations including Veeva (CRM) integrations, and API client integrations with other Cardinal Health business (i.e. Sonexus).
Lead high level design and implementation estimates for client reports and integrations partnering with appropriate business, IT, and clients (manufacturers).
Own and drive the 3PL data warehouse and client integration strategy and roadmap partnering with all appropriate stakeholders on the 3PL IT and business teams.
Identify and drive ways to improve, streamline, and standardize client integration patterns including driving new ways for clients to gain access to their data through APIs or data sharing.
Support existing client integrations including troubleshooting and resolving client integration issues.
Partner with 3PL run team on resolving client integration issues as they arise.
Manage the scheduling and monitoring / alerting of client data feeds and other integrations.
Participate in the audit and validation of systems as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, management information systems, business/operations analysis preferred, or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years' experience with relational database and star schema design and expert knowledge of SQL preferred.
Experience with the Snowflake data warehouse platform is a plus.
3+ years' experience with designing, building, and monitoring of interfaces (ideally experience with Axway, Boomi, GXS, and Splunk) is preferred.
Willingness to learn proprietary integration technologies such as Lua / Iguana.
Familiarity with batch integration including EDI terminology, transmissions and documentation standards is required. Experience with EDI translation and the OpenText platforms is a plus.
Experience in integration architecture and patterns including integration via APIs and services is required.
Conceptual knowledge of hardware/software platforms and cloud architecture including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers and integration technologies is preferred.
Experience with reporting and integration development languages and paradigms including Business Objects, Tableau, REST/SOAP APIs, Python, Perl, and microservices architecture is a plus
Anticipated salary range: $115,000 - $140,000
