What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.
Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
Responsibilities:
Build confidence and respect of others through a positive and energizing style
Work with various areas of the business including, legal, finance, CSMP, and Customer onboarding and compliance to certify and complete 340B and non-340B pharmaceutical distribution access
Manage the CHC quarterly audit processes to ensure PVA alignment, compliance, and exceptions
Embrace change and the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts
Support projects such as new customer implementations, customer initiatives, new customer contract mapping, assisting in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
Understand 340B and Non-340B source strategies
Works to facilitate annual RBC customer engagement
Assist with requesting customer QBRs / Reports
New account setups
Prime Vendor Agreements (PVA) administration
Review and approve goodwill credits that are submitted by PBC's
Establish a cadence of calls with Account Management to consult, advise, assist PBCs and Regional leaders on escalated issues
Reporting - schedule customer reports, run reports as requested, run monthly reports, Contract Utilization reports
Assist with on-boarding new employees
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience preferred
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred
340B experience preferred
Advanced skills in Excel required

This role will also support at least 2 regional sales managers
Issue resolution may require this role to work cross functionally to resolve issues with product inventory, large orders, pick/pack/ship, account receivable, pricing teams, customer service, specific compliance, etc.
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to delegate, multi-task and prioritize effectively
Lean knowledge and Operational Excellence project creation and participation
Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work with complex data sets and formulate interpretations and analysis of data sets
