Operational Supervisor will function within the OSU College of Pharmacy Medication Management Program (MMP), a pharmacist run call center focused on delivering innovative medication therapy management services. This tele pharmacy program contracts with Medicare programs, commercial insurers, and Pharmacy Business Managers (PBMs) to focus on optimizing treatment outcomes by enhancing medication adherence, safety and treatment options, and reducing costs. The program primarily focuses on providing medication therapy management services to patients with chronic disease, including but not limited to asthma, diabetes, COPD, CHF, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. Operational Supervisor should function to the highest of their ability to perform the various tasks at hand. Reports to the Program Director.
Required Experience:Bachelors degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) and successful completion of a pharmacy technician training program (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and Licensed Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy required. Understanding of pharmaceutical terminology (brand,generic,dose,route,etc)required.ExperiencewithMicrosoftOfficesoftwareapplications,world- wideweb,andemailrequired.
Desired Experience:Stronginterpersonalandproblem-solvingskillsdesired.Strongverbaland written communication skills desired.
Requires successful completion of a background check and fingerprintclearance.

The pay range for this job profile is $49,800 - $66,400. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
