Job Duties: Patient Care Skills: 80%Obtains and documents correct measurements to include Ht, Wt, B/P, Respiration, and Oxygen saturationRecords Reason for Visit to include current medications and allergiesReports abnormal findings to RN/Healthcare ProviderDocuments all data appropriately in medical recordMedication Administration- as directed by Healthcare Provider if medication does not require individualized varying dosages and preparation or one that has significant potential side effects or adverse eventReviews medication instructions/allergies with patientAdministers immunizations and/or other injectionsAppropriately reports and documents any adverse reactions observ
