PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collects, organizes and packages data effectively.
Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in the use of consulting tools such as Microsoft Office and Benchmarking.
Assists in the development of client presentations and deliverables.
Assists with project management activities such as issue and action documentation and status reporting.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Candidate will be onsite Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center but may need to travel as needed to:
Hampden Medical Center
Holy Spirit Medical Center
Lancaster Medical Center
Milton S. Hershey Medical Center
St. Joseph Medical Center
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Any project management, data analytics or general medical experience

Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education

Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus
-
Pharmaceutical purchasing experience is a plus
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience and understanding with the analysis of data and information, interpretation of same, data collection, data file and table construction, data cleansing
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience with analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience with current common business and analytical software and technology tools
