RGD has openings for all levels of experience. The Project Scheduler is responsible for detailed planning of project activities and ensures proper tracking and reporting of project progress. Required duties include the following:
Scheduler duties include:
Responsible for creating/maintaining detailed CPM schedules
Monitor jobsite progress daily via onsite walk-throughs & reported updates
Update & Issue schedule per project requirements
Create & Issue overall and customized project schedule reports
Perform Critical Path analysis and develop what-if scenarios
Identify, communicate and mitigate schedule risks
Develop, communicate and coordinate schedule recovery plans
Participate in contractor coordination meetings
Lead the scheduling portion of weekly status review meetings
Participate and present to schedule during contractor and client meetings

At least 1-3 years proven experience in the planning, engineering, construction, commissioning, or validation of pharmaceutical facilities and operations. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to concisely present data to small and large groups. Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in engineering or construction roles.
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and capabilities:
Ideal applicant will have at least 1-3 years proven experience in the planning, engineering, construction, commissioning or validation with pharmaceutical facilities preferred.
Understanding of standard operating procedures and documentation in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Direct experience with regulated environments (i.e. cGMP, OSHA, EPA) required
Experience in pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology.
Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours in support of projects
Ability & willingness to commute 25-100 miles daily depending on assignment
Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in construction of any of the following:
High purity piping/WFI/clean utilities
Clean Rooms/Modular clean room panels
Aseptic suites
Single-use technology
Bioreactors/Cell culture
Recovery
Purification
Fermentation
Formulation
Fill/Finish
Packaging/Assembly
Candidates will be considered for Project Manager, Project Engineer or other positions commensurate with experience, knowledge or expertise.
