As a Physician, you would be eligible for productivity upside earning potential and may be eligible for quality incentives based on your region and specialty. As a Urologist youâ™ll work with four highly experienced partners to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day youâ™ll collaborate with several Physician Assistants.

You would practice at SCL Health: St. Vincent in Billings, Montana

Your clinic hours will be Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm
In this line of work every day is different, thatâ™s why youâ™ll need to know how to:

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnosis and treatment

Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens

Serve as a collaborative physician for an advanced practice registered nurse
-
Direct and coordinate the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.
Your experience.
We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- American board certification/eligibility in Urology.
- Montana medical license.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school or medicine.
Itâ™s also a big plus if you have:
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
- Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
