The Graduate Program Assistant will work closely with the four graduate programs housed in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. These include Biophysics, Chemistry and Chemical Biology (CCB), Biological and Medical Informatics (BMI), and the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacogenomics(PSPG) Programs. The Program Assistant will support the Program Managers and our professional health education program learners by coordinating program operations, including teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, learner scheduling, maintaining databases, tracking learner compliance, and program accreditation. The Graduate Program Assistant will also assist program management with financial tasks related to the program including processing MyExpense reimbursements, budget planning and reconciling financial transactions.
