This is a one-year term position from the date of hire, with the possibility of extension, contingent upon work performance and continued funding to support the position.

This position is based in Boston, but the work may be done fully or primarily remote. Any remote work must be performed in a state in which Harvard is registered to do business (CA*, CT, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT). • College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field preferred
• 3+ years related experience in a professional environment in a similar role, with progressive growth in responsibilities and independent action.
• Extensive experience with direct customer advocacy and engagement.
• Familiarity with academia, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical companies a plus
• History working to ensure customer satisfaction and promote adoption of services, developing product use-cases with customers, and contributing to product development.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and leading complex projects, with a readiness to seek advice as needed, remove obstacles that prevent the team from moving forward, prioritize work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with experience creating or contributing to communications, technical, and user documentation to clearly deliver complex content. develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management systems.
