Project ARCHITECT/Project Manager in Orange County, California
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Architecture
Licensed Architect with 4+ years of experience, State of California license or NCARB Reciprocal
Skilled in the use of Graphisoft Archicad and MS Office Suite

EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Excellent English communication skills, ability to speak, write, and understand the English language

Preparation of Design and Construction Documents and Specifications

Excellent Verbal Presentation Skills

Report and Technical Writing Skills

Ability to understand and to perform Best Practices in our profession

Understand and Employ Standard Building Techniques and Code Applications

Experience in Commercial and Residential Architecture

Experience in Entitlement Submission and Approval

Detail and Process Oriented

Project / Construction Management Experience

Occasional Use of Personal Vehicle Required
