Position Details:
Clinical pharmacy leadership opportunities will be available in the near future as the Pharmacy Enterprise of Parkview Health undergoes restructuring. These clinical pharmacy leadership position(s) will be directly involved in the acute care management of the clinical pharmacy program. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the overall coordination of clinical activities and the development, implementation, and evaluation of acute care growth opportunities. Facilitation and oversight of medication stewardship initiatives and system level formulary evaluations are expected to be part of the daily responsibilities. This pharmacy leader(s) is anticipated to continue to practice in the acute care clinical pharmacy schedule to ensure real world experience aids in the advancement of clinical services throughout the health-system. Work situations are varied requiring a strong pharmaceutical knowledge base, organization, problem solving, decision-making, data analysis, and leadership.

Position Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution and have completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency or have equivalent hospital practice experience. A minimum of three (3) years of acute care clinical experience is preferred. Pharmacy licensure or eligibility in Indiana is required. Candidates must have a high level of clinical practice skills, enthusiasm for teaching, and the interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with students, health professionals, and patients
