One of the most important functions in today's pharmaceutical industry is patient services. As ease of accessing HCP prescribed medications has become more difficult, the ability of Pharma to build, design, implement, and run dynamic end-to-end patient support offerings has become absolutely critical to a patient's success.
The Director, PSS Program Insights & Analytics - LEAP Operations will be the analytics lead for the Customer Engagement Center (CEC) that runs patient access and reimbursement operations. This individual will work closely with our CEC leaders and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations with analytics solutions to enable oversight and management of the CEC operations.
To do this successfully, this individual will develop the analytics vision and roadmap for the CEC, and help build an insights obsessed team that integrates actionable data to improve our CEC operations. This individual will be a member of CEC and Analytics leadership team and will partner closely with various cross-functional teams including CEC, Product, Innovation, Launch Excellence, PSS franchise, finance, and market access.
This opportunity is located at the Novartis East Hanover site, and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Strong understanding of patient access and reimbursement operations, including patient onboarding, co-pay, adherence and reimbursement services * Define and oversee the implementation of an analytics roadmap for the CEC that delivers operational reporting and analytics solutions for all stakeholders * Establish operational metrics, KPIs and power stats in partnership with the CEC teams, and oversee the development of operations dashboards that provides visibility into performance * Drive decision making via a disciplined, hypothesis-driven approach and shape the findings into leadership presentations highlighting key actions * Drive operational effectiveness by creating root-cause analysis into programs and summarizing recommendations for CEC leadership * Champion new innovative analytical solutions (data science, artificial intelligence etc...) in operations to help deliver personalized and customized experience to our patients * Manage vendor teams and analytics staff for timely delivery of reporting and analytics
