Position Summary:
The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences houses the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Department of Clinical Pharmacy Practice. The unit offers B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, M.S. in Pharmacology, Ph.D. in Pharmacological Sciences, and Pharm.D.
Project work in support of the initiatives of the Office of PharmD Assessment and Quality in the School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. Fully analyzes issues and problems, gathers data and information, finds and evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations. Activities may include addressing barriers to achieving ideal outcomes, supporting committees, and developing/maintaining related software platforms. Supports the leadership team related to the Office of PharmD Assessment & Quality on accreditation-related projects. Prepares, edits and modifies documents including reports and presentations.
Compensation Range:
Hourly: $23.47 - $34.24

At least 2-3 years of experience in higher education and academic programming or equivalent relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
Analytical/problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Ability to be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of faculty, staff, and external partners.
Strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, and ability to exercise good judgement.
Preferred:
Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs.
Experience with PharmD or other health professional degree education.
Experience with accreditation and/or assessment.
