Applicants must have a PhD or the equivalent in public health, economics, epidemiology or a related field. Candidates should also have the following:
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with data analysis using STATA, SAS, or R
- Experience designing and conducting rigorous impact evaluations using experimental and quasi-experimental methods
- Knowledge of health systems in low- and middle-income countries
- Familiarity with global pharmaceutical policy and access to medicines issues
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage team-based research projects
The following are desirable:
- Work experience in low- and middle-income countries
- Mentoring and teaching experience
- Experience working in the private pharmaceutical sector
- Spanish language skills
