Assist the sales operations manager to provide management with suggestions for improvement of sales team performance, design and implement plans to improve sales team capability.
Assist in the development of sales strategy and execution plans, such as organizational chart, target setting, resource allocation and sales force deployment
Support outsourcing staff, post deployment and performance data analysis
Responsible for the design of sales performance monitoring reports (such as sales team performance reports, sales daily behavior reports, key hospital reports, etc.), and use performance data to analyze the effectiveness of the sales team, and provide suggestions for resource optimization and sales plan adjustment
Analyze sales data and bonus calculation results, and communicate bonus policies and rules
Assist in strategic communication to the sales team
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Medicine, Statistics, Marketing, Management Science, Data Science, etc
Experience & knowledge:
Experience in health care SFE is a plus
Relevant work experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare related industry
Fluent English (written/oral)
Good communication and cross-functional cooperation skills
Able to work under pressure and deliver quality work in a timely manner
Proficient in Excel or data analysis tools or languages (SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc.) is preferred.
