Become a Financial Controller for our Establish Pharmaceutical Products. This position will provide financial, strategic, and operative support to commercial area.
Analyze Division's results behavior to determine variations, analyze their origin and, propose corrective plans
Give in time visibility for proper decision-making in order to minimize deviations and optimize the use of financial resources.
Consolidation of financial and commercial information generated in both Actuals and Budgets.
Report design in order to identify areas of opportunity to optimize results
Carry out Budget Control, Inventories, Financial Planning and Analysis activities in order to optimize decision-making according to the Division's vision and financial objectives in the short medium and long term.
Align with the business, enabling diagnosis, prescription and execution against strategy and objectives
Guaranty a compliance and control environment within the company
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to guaranty a compliance and control environment according to company's policies and procedures, ensuring expenses control in the Division, and business results monitoring and reports
To provide financial and managerial leadership, supporting decision making process and looking for continuous financial performance improvement
To support the General Manager and Commercial Directors to develop and execute the business plan in the short, mid, and long term
Active participation in the decision-making process, working together/closely with all managerial team of the Division
Coordinate all planning processes (Plan, LBE's, LRP)
Monitoring product and customer productivity through financial analysis
Responsible of managing financial risks, as well as give opportunely and full visibility of business results and propose action plans to deliver the targets committed with the Company
Division contact with Finance Area/LATAM, IFO, OEC, IS, EPO, etc.

Bachelor degree, preferably in finance/accounting, an MBA, CPA and/or CMA is strongly encouraged.
Advanced communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English) and able to address all organizational levels.
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
Proven track record (10+ years) of successfully managing all financial aspects of a similar size business unit and establishing efficient/profitable operational procedures.
Solid track record of driving productivity in all areas of the P&L.
Experience in developing financial models and future planning according to operating needs and growth strategies.
Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment
Strong knowledge of both US GAAP, as well as IFRS
Experience and knowledge of US compliance and controls regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
